HOLIDAYS (2005):	For the dates below, you will be charged 3 nights minimum at holiday rate if ANY of your nights fall within the dates defined.

SPRING BREAK (2005):	Spring break pricing is in effect 3/13-3/23. Each night during spring break is priced at the in-season weekend rate. There is a 3 night minimum stay required during Spring Break.

OFF SEASON PRICING:	Off-season pricing for Sonoran Sea Resort and Sonoran Spa Resort is December, January, and February. However, when a holiday is in effect, the pricing will be determined by holiday pricing.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:	Sonoran Sea Resort and Sonoran Spa Resort have a maximum occupancy and a maximum adult limitation. Once you exceed that maximum adult limitation, the resort will charge $20 per person, per night in addition to the cost. 1B1B is 2 adults, 2B2B is 4 adults, and 3B2B is 6 adults.

There is a 3-night minimum stay on holidays and Spring Break. There is also a 2-night minimum stay on any reservation. In order to preserve the peaceful family atmosphere at Sonoran Sea Rocky Point, the person responsible for making reservation must be 25 or older (I.D. will be required upon check-in and must match name on reservation). No smoking inside condos. No pets of any size/breed. Puerto Penasco Sonoran and Sonoran Sea do not allow fireworks.
